APPLE SLICES WITH ALMOND BUTTER

I’m down two sizes since December 30, 2013. This is one of my daily rituals.

2 teaspoons of organic raw almond butter
1 apple cut in slices (I also use carrots, celery, bananas, whatever you want)

It seems like a small amount but I usually get full after a couple of slices so I share the rest with my dogs.
